The Bat Witch Cavern does not sell anything without a warranty.  With every item that we sell, it is inspected prior to shipping.  It should be received in an acceptable condition and to function as expected.  If the item arrives damaged, non-working or unacceptable then we will do everything we can to ensure that you receive what you wanted.  When an item is returned, we will evaluate it and determine the best course of action to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.  When the product arrives back to us, we will evaluate it in hopes to either provide you with replacement product or a gift certificate to use for a future order.
