Canadian shipping rates are calculated at checkout using our discounted Canada Post corporate rates. Your rate is based on the weight of your package and its delivery destination.

How Our Shipping Rates Work

Shipping rates for Canadian orders are calculated automatically at checkout using our discounted Canada Post corporate rates. The amount shown is based on the weight of your package and the destination to which it is being shipped.

This means shipping charges will vary from order to order. A heavier package or a more distant destination may cost more to ship, while lighter packages and closer destinations may cost less.

Our Canada Post corporate discount is already reflected in the calculated rate presented at checkout. There are no additional shipping credits or order-value discounts to apply.

Choosing the Best Delivery Option

Shipping rates at checkout are calculated using our discounted Canada Post corporate rates. Most orders will ship with Canada Post, but we may use UPS when it provides a better delivery time for your destination.

Order Fulfillment Time

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be prepared and fulfilled before it ships. This fulfillment period is separate from the carrier's estimated delivery time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Tracked Shipments

All shipments leave our location with tracking because we know how important your order is. Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your order while it is on the way.

We pack orders with care and do our best to make sure your items arrive safely and securely.

Local Pickup for Completed Online Orders

Local pickup is available for completed online orders that have been fully paid for. Please wait until you receive your confirmation email stating that your order is ready for pickup before heading to the pickup location.

Pickup is available through Power Up Gaming in Barrie. Please note that Power Up Gaming is not a retail storefront for The Bat Witch Cavern, and Bat Witch Cavern inventory is not available for in-store browsing at that location.
